Rockwell Collins Tests MultiScan Radar on Global Flights
Aviation Week & Space Technology is reporting (July 8, 2007) that Rockwell Collins tested its weather-hazard detection system in parts of Europe, Africa, South America and the Caribbean over a recent three-week period to determine how it performs in different regions - since thunderstorms don't behave the same way everywhere.

EC145 Becomes First Civil Helicopter Certified to Use NVGs

Shandong Selects Rockwell Collins's HUD, Other Avionics for B-737-800s
Shandong Airlines selected a suite of Rockwell Collins avionics for its 18 new B-737-800s that includes a HGS (head-up guidance system), hazard detection radar, and audio/video IFE (in-flight entertainment).
