company, will use its Internet-based flight
tracking application to give its clients the
ability to track their leased aircraft in near
real-time.
Air Charter Team
leases aircraft ranging from light twins to
B-747s to clientele that want privacy and
security while traveling. Its customers have
included presidential campaigns, Fortune 500
companies, college and professional sports
teams, entertainers, and governments.
Flight Explorer’s
Fast Track will enable ground personnel of
Air Charter Team customers to track their leased
aircraft on Air Charter Team’s
password-protected Website, based on flight
number, origin and destination, or flight time.
Flight Explorer
tracks aircraft anywhere in the world through a
variety of methods including the ASD (aircraft
situation display) system over the US (including
Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, UK (for authorized
customers), New Zealand, the Caribbean and parts
of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans; and any
aircraft worldwide via Honeywell’s Global Data
Center datalink, ACARS, or Iridium/GPS. Flight
Explorer’s
Professional Edition updates the aircraft
positions every minute and refreshes the screen
