Universal Enhances Business Aircraft Online Products and Services
Universal Weather and Aviation is showcasing several new enhancements to its suite of
online scheduling and flight planning products at this year's National Business
Aviation Association Schedulers & Dispatchers Conference in Savannah.
Universal's new product and service enhancements include:

Enhanced Mobile Trip Planning
- Its mobile device interface
has been reformatted so that flight plans can be more easily revised while on
the go. Its key features include a direct access to
UVtriplink, online flight management information, fuel quote requests, and an optimized screen view for BlackBerrys.

New UVtriplink Trip Status Tools
- These include three new formats to view crew and passenger information, trip
documentation embedded at the trip and leg level, and message history for
clients who use the embedded Email Team feature.

Enhanced FlightPak Scheduling Software
- These improvements include:
- The ability to send trip information directly to a crew's BlackBerry.
- Real-time data integrated from UVTripPlanner.
- The ability to submit information directly from Trip Manager.
- The ability to cross-check all passengers in the Passenger/Requestors
Database against the Transportation Security Administration's No-Fly
List and Cleared List.
- A new "View Map" button to see the locations of FBO (fixed base operator), hotel,
catering and transportation providers and print directions on
www.mapquest.com.
- Enhanced UVflightplanner.com
- Enhancements include the ability to:
- Email condensed flight plans accompanied by full text flight plans and
attachments with a comprehensive route briefing package for clients.
- Request email notification when filing flight plans, even when outside
the U.S.
- Access automatically calculated navigation fees.
- Provide general feedback to help improve future versions of UVflightplanner.com.

New Universal Aviation Website - The new
universalaviation.aero Website has comprehensive information on all 60
Universal Aviation-branded ground support locations in more than 50 countries.
The new site also allows users to make ground handling and ground support
requests online.
