Thales and Samtel Displays to Cooperate Further on Avionics Thales and Samtel Displays Systems are extending their cooperation on avionics in order to leverage the expertise of both companies. The two companies say they will work, towards the development, production and sale of new cockpit display systems for both Indian and export markets, and anticipate their cooperation could lead to the creation of a joint company in India. Thales expertise is well known in this domain, with over 1500 helmet mounted sight displays, thousands of multi-function displays and head-up displays in service worldwide; Samtel is a key international player in avionics display systems. 07-02-2007. |
