Switzerland's Skyguide Certified for Single European Sky

The Swiss Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) has certified skyguide for the Single European Sky (SES) allowing the ANSP (air navigation service provider) to continue controlling air traffic in Switzerland and elsewhere in Europe.

SES certification means an ANSP meets the standardized technical and operational parameters of flight information management that will be used throughout Europe in the future as part of the Eurocontrol Safety Regulatory Requirements known also as ESARRs.  12-26-2006.
