Singapore to Replace Current ATM System with Thales LORADS III

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) will replace its current LORADS II  ATM (air traffic management) system with Thales LORADS III.

Under the contract, Thales will deliver, install, test and commission its next generation LORADS III EUROCAT on a turnkey basis, replacing Singapore's current system, which Thales supplied in 1995.

Thales will also provide a comprehensive full life support after commissioning, including operational maintenance and support services on both hardware and software from its recently established Singapore Customer Support Centre2.  02-21-2008.
