Rannoch Changes Name to Era Corporation

Rannoch Corporation has officially changed its name to Era Corporation, the Czech Republic company it acquired in October last year.

Era supplies air traffic control, military, homeland security and airport operations surveillance and flight-tracking technologies to over 100 customers throughout the world.

On December 12, 2006, Rannoch acquired BAE's TAMIS to add the group's tools for flight and noise analysis with its own growing flight-tracking data capabilities.

Era will keep its headquarters at Rannoch's Alexandria, Virginia, location and will maintain product research and development centers both in the U.S. and at Pardubice, Czech Republic.  02-07-2007.
