Nextant Aerospace Gets Exclusive Pro Line 21 Retrofit Contract for Beechjet 400As Rockwell Collins agreed to give Nextant Aerospace an exclusive contract to provide a Pro Line 21 major retrofit program for 40 Beechjet 400As. The initial aircraft order is placed against a planned production requirement for 436 aircraft with a total value of $62 million. Nextant expects to get a STC (supplemental type certificate) for the Beechjet Pro Line 21 installation in the third quarter of this year with retrofit upgrades and delivery immediately to follow. Baseline pricing for the retrofit is $390,000. Additional configurations and options are available including three to four display variations that include the Rockwell Collins' IFIS (integrated flight information system) and XM Satellite NEXRAD (next generation radar). 04-27-2008. |
