Jouve Aviation Solutions and InfoTrust Merge

Jouve Aviation Solutions and InfoTrust have joined forces to improve their ability to provide technical document and content management offerings to the aerospace industry and others globally.

Geoffrey Godet, Jouve's president said, "It became clear to both InfoTrust and us that this merger would help both entities better respond to the growth we were both experiencing in terms of customer base and product offerings."

Jouve and InfoTrust together already support many manufacturers, airlines, cargo carriers, MROs (maintenance, repair, and overhaul organizations)  and low cost airlines in the world - especially in the U.S. where their combined customer list includes all top 10 commercial airlines and the top three cargo carriers.

The company's say the merger will allow for a more complete global presence with seven primary offices - four in the U.S. (Irvine, Atlanta, Boulder and San Diego), two in France (Rennes and Toulouse) and one in Shanghai.  01-20-2007.
