JetBlue Upgrading to Flightscape's Insight Product Suite for FOQA JetBlue Airways has decided to upgrade to Flightscape's entire Insight product suite for its FOQA (flight operations quality assurance) program. The airline has been using Flightscape's Insight|Animation and Insight|Analysis applications since 2005 to investigate high interest and complex FOQA events, but now will replace its existing system with Flightscape's more comprehensive Insight|FDM product in order to have one continuous and integrated system. Flightscape's software tools are used by flight safety experts - especially in airlines "to improve safety, maintenance and flight operations, by analyzing recorded flight data. Its software also powers IATA's Web-based flight data analysis service that can be used by airlines that don't want to invest in the infrastructure necessary to establish their own in-house FOQA program.
