Iceland's ISAVIA Joins CANSO The Civil Air Navigation Services Organization, CANSO, announced that ISAVIA, the air navigation service provider (ANSP) of Iceland, has become its latest full member. ISAVIA is a state-owned company that is responsible for operating Iceland's airports as well as air traffic control. The company's Reykjavik Control Centre handles about 25% of the international air traffic crossing the North Atlantic. With ISAVIA's membership, CANSO now represents 45 ANSPs. 09-10-2007. |
