FAA Seeking Comments on Existing Regulations
The FAA is requesting
comments from the public to identify those regulations currently in effect that
it should amend, remove, or simplify.
The agency published this notice because of an Executive Order (12866) requirement that it periodically
review its regulations in an effort to make them more effective and
less burdensome.
Interested persons should send their comments, identified by Docket Number FAA–2007–29291, to the FAA no
later than January 14, 2008, using any of the following methods:

Go to
www.regulations.gov and follow the instructions for sending
comments electronically.

Mail comments to the
Docket Management Facility; U.S. Department of Transportation, 1200 New
Jersey Avenue, SE., West Building Ground Floor, Room W12-140, Washington, DC
20590.

Bring comments to the
Docket Management Facility in Room W12-140 of the West Building Ground Floor
at 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE., Washington, DC, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.,
Monday through Friday, except Federal holidays.
The FAA will post all comments
it receives, without change, at
www.regulations.gov, including any personal information provided.
