Aircraft Technical Publishers to Expand Its Aviation Services

Aircraft Technical Publishers (ATP) has acquired MillenniuM Information Systems' Industry Compliance Assessment/Partner (ICAP) service in order to offer an integrated compliance, conformance, and audit management service for Part 121 (air transport) certificate holders.

The service will be run by Aviation Regulatory Compliance and Safety (ARCS), a wholly owned subsidiary of ATP that has been formed for this purpose.

ICAP provides an efficient method for gaining, managing and maintaining regulatory compliance for Part 121 carriers, which are monitored by the FAA's ATOS (air transportation oversight system), ATP says. These include established carriers, but also new entrants working toward certification. ICAP(C) reduces the complexity and costs of meeting compliance with federal air regulations, certification, IATA Operational Safety Audits, and Department of Defense safety checklists.  06-11-2007.
